Cruise Regulations

1. Bookings will be processed in the order in which registration forms are received.

2. All cruise fares in CAD dollars. Taxes included in pricing. Cruise line gratuities not included.

3. Deposit of $265.00 CAD per person due upon booking Cruise Line deposit is fully refundable before final payment

4. Full payment due November 1, 2017. Any cancellation thereafter is subject to cancellation fees as out line on your invoice.

5. Name change policy: Prior to December 1, 2017 a name change is allowed providing that one of the original names at the time of reservation remains on the booking. If both names are changed, this will be deemed as a cancellation and applicable cancellation fees will be applied. After December 1, 2017 no name changes are permitted.

6. Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.

7. We are not responsible for typographic errors and omissions on this form.

9. All bookings must be arranged directly with ExpediaCruiseShipCenters – Willowdale. Group space for the DDS Group on the RCCL HARMONY OF THE SEAS is exclusive to ExpediaCruiseShipCenters – Willowdale. If an individual book their own cruise independently the CE course fee will be $1190.00

Cancellation policy

If guests need to cancel their booking Expedia CruiseShipCenters will apply a $100.00 administration fee to their invoice
